Growing Nebraska's Workforce

Nebraska needs more highly skilled workers for high-paying advanced manufacturing careers. Many potential workers lack the skill sets needed, do not have the resources necessary for receiving the credentials or degrees required, and the current training programs do not provide the flexibility to work while furthering education. Project IMPACT addresses these challenges and aims to increase achievements of certifications, credentials, diplomas, and degrees through blended learning combining experienced instructors, advanced labs, and modern technology that will help support students in their journey to set themselves apart.
